This article can help provide guidance on how to renew and/or change your membership on www.DynamicsCommunities.com. Please note: If you have previously entered your credit card to pay for a membership, your membership is set up for auto-renewal as outlined on the sign-up page.
1. Once logged in, go to Profile > Membership > Subscriptions and click "Change Plan" to renew and/or change your membership.
2. If you are looking to renew, and have not previously entered your credit card information, you will need to select the plan you previously purchased. In the example above, the membership level is Corporate, so, to renew, we would need to select Corporate again.
If you wish to change your plan, select the different level of membership are you looking to use going forward.
3. Fill out the fields and your membership will be renewed. Your account will then be setup for auto-renewal and will be charged each year.
If you need a receipt or proof of payment, once the transaction has been completed, an invoice will be automatically created by our system and marked as paid.. You can find it in Profile > Membership > Payments > PDF.
