We take the safety of our community very seriously, so we are monitoring and following CDC and WHO protocols at our in-person events. We strongly encourage the use of face masks at our events regardless of vaccination status as well as frequent handwashing, sanitizing, and social distancing.
While refunds will not be issued past September 6th, as outlined in our Registration Policy, we will offer the option to either transfer registration to another individual up until the start of the event or keep credits on file for our 2023 event as long as proof of a positive test result from a doctor or testing facility is submitted.
