You can create a new discussion post in any of the Communities you have joined. To create the post, navigate to the specific community you wish to post under and select "Discussions", then you will need to click on "New Discussion":
You will now be able to create your message - be sure to include a title!
Quick tip: You can “at mention” another member by typing the “@” symbol and typing or selecting from the list.
